We loved the hotel's location - right in the heart of the shopping mall area. It was so convenient to have all the malls nearby, making it easy for us to shop and dine. Additionally, this hotel is close to almost everything there, including transportation options and even access to islands like Boracay. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff members were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Could not be improved in any way.

Setting near ayala museum and convenient access to glorietta mall. That hotel was LUXURY. It's worth staying here and exploring Makati district.

This hotel is perfectly situated near a shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for guests. Within a minute's walk, you can reach the closest malls, offering a wide range of shops, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel is located near the Greenbelt area, allowing guests to easily explore this vibrant part of the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring excellent service throughout your stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, allowing guests to start their day off right. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a gym and a pool, allowing guests to relax and stay active during their stay.
The bathroom in the rooms can be on the smaller side, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer spacious bathrooms.

I had never stayed at the InteCon Manila before, but it was much nicer than the Makati Mandarin hotel and for me in a better location. Although the room was a bit smaller, it was very comfortable and the furnishings in the room looked new. The bedding was very comfortable.
The price was high, but I know I was there during a conference or trade show which was in town and there were few vacancies. Perhaps if I plan my trip better in the future, I can get a better rate at the InterCon.

Our stay here was an unforgettable and luxurious experience. The room we stayed in was spacious and boasted exclusive facilities like plush bathrobes, and turn-down service that made us feel like royalty. The outdoor swimming pool and bar/lounge area were great for a relaxing afternoon. The service was excellent, catering to all our needs, and even went the extra mile to provide us with welcome drinks and snacks.
The location of the hotel wasn't ideal for exploring the city. The restaurant, while good, was a bit overpriced.

The bed and the breakfast was good
The bedroom, bed apart, was tired and needing a re-fit. The fixtures & fittings are old and tatty and not suitable for a 5 star hotel charging these rates. The charging of $20 for internet access is outrageous when it is free in most hotels especially budget types

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and quality linens. Great location near shopping and dining options.- Friendly and helpful staff

1. The fact that when we arrived (3 pm) we couldn't check-in because our room wasn't yet available. Apparently someting had been going on in the room the night before which "stained the walls" and broke the bed, so instead we were given a really poor room across the dentistry at level 3. Secondly, the room we were given was stinking of some sort of cleaning liquid - maybe to hide it has been used as a smoking room before? Thirdly, the beds in the rooms were truly uncomfortable. I travel a lot as part of my work, and this very soft and gelly like bed made it very difficult to fall a sleep. Fourthly, the TV was old and picture bad. And last but not least, the changing room facilities to the pool was horrific, I'm sorry to say.
Friendly staff & good location.

Great initiatives and service from your people on 14 floor. (1) Helps to arrange for a birthday cake with just 3 hour's notice. (2) Arrange promptly room change from Club to Premier Lounge. (3) Late checkout at 3pm was good evidence of customer-oriented service.
Clearance of crockery and dishes after room service was not automatic. They were left over-nght. Solution - do not wait to be called to clear.

Great location for shopping and sightseeing, close to big malls and tourist attractions. Easy access to public transportation. The breakfast and spa services were good.
The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and not welcoming. not worth the price for the outdated and uncomfortable room.
